HAPPY ROMANTIC LOVE DAY!

Dear Friends,

I hope you are well!

Some of you like myself are preparing something special for their spouse....to celebrate romantic love... so I wish you a very blessed and healing time!

Love is the best medicine and loving each other is always a priority....

Some say that we dont need Valentines day to love each other or to share romance with the one we love! It is true that it would be sad to just wait for such day to show and share your love!

However all of us are sometimes so much caught up with everyday life obligations that we forget to be attentive and loving to our spouse, hence progressively our romantic relationship looses its sparks and this could lead some in such a dryness that divorce becomes the only option at the end....

For this reason, I believe we need gentle reminders or wake up calls on the way....and Valentines day...

is one of them we should not miss... we should not miss an opportunity to tell our spouse that we are still so much in love! Taking time together cultivating intimacy is also one of the best tools for inner healing and spiritual growth....

I have put up some videos which can express different views about Valentines day....

Some claim it is just commercial... Others that it is a pagan feast and even worse a worship of evil idols...

As far as the commercial aspect is concerned...
too many tend to spend lots of money at the pub

without their spouse which can really hurt their health and the family budget... however showing some special attention to rekindle your love, reuniting your couple on the good footing which later on will really help the whole family....does not require to throw money out of the window since

what touches the most in love is the little detail and the thoughtful taylormade intention ....

Preparing a good meal at home, for instance is really affordable to anyone... as for the price of a few candles....

Your children need to see you happy as a couple and instead of indulging all over the year in selfish solitary pleasures or with the wrong crowd, isn'it better to invest in your life long relationship and the future of your children?

Statistically it is proven that children brought up in a happy home where love and encouragement are warmly shared, succeed much better in life than those traumatised by an ugly divorce....

As a spiritual counsellor,I can speak about this knowingly... I can assure you!

It takes sometimes years of your life to recover from deep damage and trauma from  childhood!

It is a lot more difficult to mend an adult than to mould a child!

Concerning the claim that St Valentines is just an ugly and evil worship of false idols ...

I dont know in which context St Valentines was created... but even if the arguments of the video above can be historically proven... as a spiritual believer in Christ ... I can tell that what matters to our God are the intentions of our heart....

If one would consecrate this day to evil rituals and from your hearts worship such evil idols... this would really be wrong and ungodly!

However if we consecrate this day to the glory of romantic love created by God... and we keep it in accordance to his Holy presence and commands... there is nothing wrong with this!

For this reason and to stop any argument I personally rebaptised it Romantic love day!

Sadly enough some religious christians as religious people from other religions, tend to be so legalistic,

sad and argumentative ...
that they spoil any joy and instead of celebrating the Love of God and the love

of our families etc as God intended,
 are acting as depressing sour tools of the devil!

Holiness is not about going about with a long face all day because you are serving what seems to be only a vindictive tyrannical hateful master!!!!

Holiness is a celebration in itself...

God instructed Moses to celebrate many Jewish feasts and holidays....

The Sabbath in itself is a celebration!!!

Unfortunately too many religious people are seen as God botherers spoiling the fun instead of initiating a joyfull praise ...

Even religious people claim the Song of Songs of Salomon in the Bible is a celebration of romantic love between God and His people...

However one could say this is a sinful book indeed!!!
Why? because Salomon was enjoying adultarous romantic love

with many females and the majority were even worshipping foreign Gods which later on lead Salomon

in greater sins against God....
and brought trouble to Israel as a Nation ....

I dont specifically enjoy the human side of the book the Song of Songs for this reason... because

it shows more the addiction of a man who ruined his life and other lives for sexual pleasures....

God has created everything with love as long as we enjoy it whithin the Creator manuel...

If we use it wrongly then we make vile what is holy... and we end up sick and slave ourselves of wickedness whilst these beautiful feelings and relationships were created to make us healthy,

happy and holy...

Jesus has explained very clearly that sex out of marriage is a sin...

Some Jewish men as the majority of males... sometimes dont like Jesus because He made sure to clarify that men too are not supposed to commit adultary and should only have sex with their one and only wife....

When they confronted Jesus about the good old times in Israel where women caught in adultary were lapidated

to death according to the law of Moses but not the men...

Jesus replied bluntly "it was only because of the harshness of your hearts ...

but I tell you that if you even look at another woman with lust, you commit adultary"

Before Christ, already as you can read in Proverbs, God was asking males not to divorce their first wife and to enjoy at all times her love and not the love of a stranger and not to commit adultary!

The motherly advice to a King in proverb 31 was only emphasising that true love is loyal and faithfull...

True love is not about lust but of a deeper and most precious quality which requires like for a beautiful diamond to be purified and protected...

Some good Rabbies as some good Imams have also at all times, recommended for a man to only have one wife and not to corrupt into illicit sex...
because it was pleasing God and better for their own spiritual growth...
 whilst their religious texts was not preventing polygamy...however polygamy had to be practiced under certain conditions since it was not encouraging sexual promiscuity either but creating responsibilities linked with the sexual act...

Unfortunately even some  religious male Christians who bully their wives into slaverylike submission

and never show any kindness or romantic attention to their own wives
often end up ironically practicing adultary with young  rebellious 

girls with no moral values at all....

Showing affection and attentions to our spouse would avoid for us as a humanity to keep on polluting morally our planet and destroying the most noble human bonds...
helping us to grow spiritually whilst 
teaching us the loyalty, chastity and purity of True Love...
Being chaste is not not having sex but being devoted sexually only to one spouse....

I am very sad when I read articles of people paid very dearly to preach immorality and cheating as normal or even good....

All addiction is only a substitute for true love and all addiction becomes a slavery destroying lives and families...then our planet...

As for drinking a glass of wine from time to time during your meal...
is good for your health...
but overdrinking in the wrong conditions is destructive for your psychological and physical health...

then what you do under the control of alcohol can lead to crime or harming our society in many different ways...

So is sexual promiscuity a source of inner destruction by inviting unclean relationships into your life

then spreading around decadent seeds and addictive behaviour...
This will destroy your family and then damage and pollute our society!!!
As we know too well!!

Unfortunately it is sad to notice at the other extreme from religious people

spoiling even our holy fun ...
that people who dont respect any value
seem to only enjoy themselves in hurting

their own health,  families and then become destructive to our society!!!
If not an evil tool of massive pollution to our planet!!!

I will then finish this blog now by wishing you a very Happy Romantic time without guilt if like

me you have some ethical spiritual values...

and within respect of the purity of nature of the precious diamond which true romantic love is!

Even if you dont have a valentine and you feel lonely,

dont forget that you are always very much loved!
